THE FINE PRINT - Birthday Parties

 

Deposit & Cancellation

• Deposits are collected upon booking confirmation. Deposits are nonrefundable and are applied to the full price of the party. Paying your deposit secures your party date and time.

• If you need to reschedule, you have 3 months from the original date to host your party. If you notify us of the reschedule less than 14 days from the event date, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged.

• The remaining balance and any additional fees will be collected at the event.

 

Capacity Limit

• Maximum number of children allowed: 24

• Maximum total number of guests allowed: 50

 

Adult Supervision

• Each child must have a waiver filled out by their parent/guardian. The party host may not fill out a waiver for a child that is not their own. 

• We require one adult for every four children for the duration of the party. 

 

Start and End Time

• You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time to set-up decorations. Decorations and food items may not be delivered before this time frame.

• We will provide you with a reminder of your party ending time approximately 30 mins and 15 mins prior to the end time.

• We often have back-to-back parties, so please be mindful of your set-up and clean-up times.

 

Decoration Restrictions

• You are welcome to bring decorations, including balloons and garlands.  Decorations may not be delivered more than 30 minutes prior to your reserved party time. 

• The following are NOT permitted:

Activity Restrictions

• Any activities must be approved by our staff at least 2 weeks in advance, and a clean-up fee may be applied.

Food Restrictions

• You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. All food and drinks must stay in the seating area; they are not permitted in any play areas.

• We do not have a freezer, so please do not bring ice cream or an ice cream cake.

• Smash cakes are permitted, but may incur a clean-up fee if there is an excess mess.

 

Cleaning Fee

• If there is an excessive mess left behind, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.

 

Payment Terms

• Your remaining balance is due at the end of the party. 

• In the case of non-payment, you authorize Cloud Street Kids to charge the card on file for the outstanding balance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the underlying agreement. If the card on file is declined or for any reason unable to cover the outstanding balance, you agree to provide an alternative form of payment within 7 days from the date of your party. 

• Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees, late charges, or collection fees as permitted by law.
