Crew Member - Part Time

Location: In person at 45 Hanover St. Lebanon NH 03766
Type: Part Time (12-20 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $15/hr

Start Date: October 1st, 2026

Scheduled shifts may vary from time to time but we are specifically looking for a team member who is available for shifts of 4-5 hours throughout the week, including at least one weekend day. Shifts would be 9:15am-1:15pm and 1-6pm.

We’re looking for someone friendly and fun who makes customers feel welcome. We need a crew member who plays well with others and loves being around kids. They should be reliable, honest, and helpful, and they should handle themselves professionally at all times and handle potential issues with confidence.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome all guests and provide top-notch customer service

- Check in customers for play sessions, sell memberships, obtain waivers from customers and/or check our system for existing waivers and customer notes

- Help setup and breakdown for events and birthday parties

- Use a point of sale system to record all sales

- Sanitize equipment in play area, empty trash cans, sweep playroom floors -- lots of cleaning!

- Other duties as assigned

Abilities and Skills

- Can-do attitude

- No task is too small! Take initiative and get things done right

- Willingness and ability to learn quickly

- Speak with customers in person and over the phone

- Carry out proper cleaning and sanitization tasks

- Proficiency to operate a point-of-sale system

- Must be able to lift / carry 11-20lbs

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be comfortable working in a noisy environment

- Customer service experience preferred
